A minor fix for not critical console warning. It just annoyed me so I had to find a way to fix it :) Midified the files with adding missing ogg comment so there is no more warning for oso_osoznanie_start_11.ogg and oso_osoznanie_start_21.ogg files. NOTE: I've done it for russian version and don't know if there is something like this with english version.
